Be’ato operates and controls this site from company headquarters in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada. Be’ato reserves the right to refuse service, cancel service, or terminate accounts without limitation, if Be’ato Coffee Company Inc. believes that the customer conduct violates the law or is harmful to the interests of Be’ato Coffee Company Inc.

Disclaimer. This site is intended for users over the age of 18. All orders are to be made by credit card owner or through user’s personal PayPal account. User is responsible for restricting access to their private password, and will be responsible for all orders made under their account.

Limitation of Liability. Any items purchased online will be delivered through courier to appointed shipping address. Any risk of loss is passed on to the purchaser upon Be’ato Coffee Company delivering the product to the specified address. Customer is responsible for being available upon product delivery or contacting Be'ato to arrange alternate delivery options. Any damaged delivered goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order to Be’ato. All damaged product must be kept for verification purposes and possible return to manufacturer. Any Bodum product deficiencies incurred through normal use must be reported to the Bodum Company. Be’ato will not be held liable for any damages or injures caused by the use of the Bodum product.

Product Information. All products displayed, through images, on the Be’ato website have been composed as accurately as possible. Buyers are to verify all product sizes prior to ordering.

Submissions and Suggestions. In the event that any suggestions or ideas are received by Be’ato Coffee Company, they will be deemed the company property, royalty free. By submitting any comments or suggestions to Be’ato, submitter agrees that none of the contents violate any third party. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to this subject matter herein.
