Oolong and Green Tea Weight Loss- What's the hype!?
.
To say it simply, tea is good for you! Like coffee, the tea leaf is loaded with antioxidants. Oolong teas are recognizable by their stout, crinkled, rolled leaf style while green tea is noted by its, well, plain green tea appearance. History and legend record Ti Kuan Yin Oolongs and naturally processed green teas from the Shanghai region as a beverage that will curve hunger when drank throughout the day. Both Green Tea and Oolong are noted to reduce the body's absorption of dietary fats and cholesterol, while also boosting metabolism. Click here to connect with Be'ato Oolong Skinny Tea.
