How our shipping & delivery works.

All Calgary orders made on www.beato.ca will be couriered out on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding holidays- these deliveries will be made the following Tuesday or Thursday). An email reminder from Be'ato will be sent out the morning of delivery. Deliveries made within Calgary are $9.95, or free with the purchase of $69.95 or more.

Orders being sent out anywhere else across Canada or the US will also be sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays via Canada Post or Purolator, $12.95CAD within Canada, $14.95CAD for US deliveries*.

All customers will receive a 'Delivery Confirmation Email' when product has been sent out. If you are sending or receiving an order outside of Calgary, a Canada Post Tracking Number can be requested by contacting us at (403) 870-1467.

To ensure that your product/gift makes it into the right hands, it is best to have your purchase delivered where it can be personally received by you or the gift recipient (work address, home address, etc.). If no one is available to personally receive the purchase, the package will be left at your specified location only if there is a safe place to leave it (courier's discretion). If there is no one to receive the product/gift and there is not a good place to leave the parcel, additional charges may be incurred for re-delivery.

*All Be'ato deliveries are sent via Purolator or Canada Post Expedite, and can be expected to take 2-6 business days. US deliveries can be expected to take approximately 5-10 business days depending on customs and seasonal delivery delays.

Due to a coffee roasting 48 hour turn around time, the Be'ato delivery schedule is as follows:

Orders submitted Tuesday afternoon, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Friday mornings (before 12:00pm) will be sent out Tuesdays, and orders placed on Friday afternoons, Weekends, Mondays & Tuesdays by noon will be sent out Thursdays. **Please call to request rushed orders.

All Calgary orders are delivered same day (via courier). All orders being sent outside of Calgary are sent via Canada Post.
